I purchased the phone in April '21 and immediately got service connected. Everything was fine until we had some storms in the fall and my modem disconnected. We called our service provider, who tried reconnecting remotely. They gave us a new modem. Neither action solved the problem. Finally we got a service tech in, and he said the problem was the phone, not the service. So, I've been paying for service the past 2 months, but have been unable to use my phone! Thankfully I got a service plan. That is my next step.
