This is a great phone for the hearing impaired. Also, when the speaker is activated it is ever greater. I have a high level of hearing loss and this phone saves the day. I would highly recommend it for making one's life easier by letting one hear very well on a phone.

I would say the fit of the phone into the tiny lightweight base is poor, making it wobbly. We taped a strip of cardboard into the base to tighten it up.

I thought I was ordering a phone. It sure looked like a phone but it isn't. I returned it.
