My parents (94 and 90) like the 3.4+ -- especially the sound. But my father's eyesight is poor, so he can't see programmed names on the tiny b&w display. The phone they had before the Clarity allowed me to assign a number 1, 2, etc. to each person's programmed number. I don't see how to do that with the Clarity. Is it possible?

There was no manual included with the phone you shipped to me, so I had to look online at the manual for the 3.4 (no +), and I didn't see how.
